Matcha was so smooth & creamy
Favorite matcha I’ve tried, highly recommend
I’ve tried a few different matcha brands, but I keep coming back to Santé’s Coffeehouse Blend! It’s strong, earthy, and not too bitter. I love making lattes and teas with it!
At first I was unsure about this matcha, but I think my ratios weren't great at first (or this matcha leans on the lighter side). It was a little too mild for me at first. After a few tries I like it a lot more. It's vegetal, slightly astringent, overall pretty smooth. The ratio that I like to use for a matcha latte is 3grams of matcha, 30 grams of hot water, and 100g of oat milk. with those ratios it tastes decently strong to me. with how difficult it is to get matcha nowdays, I plan to repurchase this again.
The best matcha powder I’ve tried. I use mine for lattes but it’s amazing by itself. It’s not too bitter and the perfect vibrant green color.
