1-2 scoops (1-2g) of Santé Matcha
½ cup of mixed berries (frozen work great!)
½ cup of plain yogurt (we love greek, but any yogurt will work)
1 tablespoon raw honey (or sweetener of choice)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
4 ounces of purified water (or try coconut milk!)
Ice, if using fresh berries.
