1-2 scoops (1-2g) of Santé Matcha
5 fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
12oz purified water
1 tablespoon of raw honey (or sweetener of choice)
- In your serving glass, muddle the mint and add ice
- In your favorite shaker bottle (a mason jar with a lid works great!) add: ice, matcha, honey and water)
- Shake vigorously until matcha is fully dissolved and a nice frothy foam forms on the top.
- Pour over ice into your serving glass
- Garnish with mint. ENJOY!!
