Simple Recipe: This is our favorite preparation of a classic matcha latte; simple yet delicious, with a variety of ways to add your own unique touch.
1 teaspoon Santé Matcha
2oz hot water (just under boiling)
8oz coconut milk
Healthy Sweeteners (optional):
Honey, Stevia, Agave, Monk Fruit
- Add matcha to your serving mug and sweetener of choice.
- Add hot water to mug and froth until the matcha dissolves creating a thick shot
- Heat coconut milk and pour over matcha shot creating a deliciously smooth and creamy matcha latte.
2 Tablespoons Collagen
A variety of milk options taste great with this recipe. Flaxseed, cashew and hemp milk are some of our other favorites.
